I was in Budapest a few weeks ago and got to try this!
It’s always you with the inspiration, now I got the programme for tomorrow
I used to always get it with ketchup instead of sour cream, leftover habit from when I was a kid I guess. One time the person making them made a mistake and brought me a sour cream one. I told her to leave it, figured I’d try something new. I only order them with sour cream now.
I never made it at home so I’m curious. What tools did you use to make it? A pan and lots of oil?

`this looks delicious! which recipe did you follow/ how did you make it?
As a hungarian I’m obsessed with this but not only that top quality food
Still can’t believe I didn’t try it when I was in Budapest… (I blame the people I traveled with).
