President Biden tells CNN it was a “difficult decision” to provide Ukraine with cluster munitions, but that he was ultimately convinced to send the weapons because Kyiv needs ammunition in its counteroffensive against Russia.

   However, they need more things. And they needed it a year ago.

6. Early on Russia used cluster munition that didn’t defuse after time and thermobaric bombs on civilian populations but defusing cluster munitions are a no go for Ukraine? Ukraine should have had them at the start of the counter offensive.

12. Russia indiscriminately bombs hospitals, schools, residential areas, dams… but the Ukraine and it’s allies have to fight back with hands tied behind their backs… because whataboutism?
