If some country wants to place soldiers here and pay for it, go ahead. Brings money and activity to local area.
I want nuclear missile bases all along the border. And 100000 nuclear warfare troops too.
Reason: Russia has to stretch its forces due to imminent threat.
It could be pretty swell to rent like the Pori airbase to NATO, which I understand is not even used at the moment.
The region got to find new sources of revenue as Olkiluoto 3 has been finally completed.
Finland doesn’t need weapons. We’re good
Has nato even shown interest of placing nukes here? I dont see any benefits of placing them here as they will need a lot of maintenance and infrastructure and it doesnt make sense anyway as they can launch nukes from existing bases to anywhere in world in few minutes.
