Beaver sighting in Walferdange Alzette

1. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a beaver in Luxembourg. We saw him in the renaturalized Alzette area in Walferdange.

   He took this path – we tried to follow him along the shore before we lost him: https://i.imgur.com/T4caT4f.jpg

   He was about the size of a larger dog, really big chungus.

   FYI: Beavers are relatively new to Luxembourg in the past 15-20 years, and are still an extremely rare and endangered species.
