Hello guys and greetings from Greece!
My father owns a feta cheese company and most of the machinery we own was manufactured in Denmark. I need to contact the company to inquire some more information about one specific machine, but i cant find whether or not the company is still active. I have included some photos and if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  1. Hi!

I looked them up and DDMM is “De Danske Mejeriers Maskinfabrik” or “The Danish Dairies Machine Shop”.

They changed name in 1977 so you machinery must have been of high quality and long lasting!

Here is a machine translation of the history of the company

    >In 1977, De Dansk Mejeriers Maskinfabrik becomes Pasilac Therm, owned by A/S Pasilac. This is a merger of De Danske Mejeriers Maskinfabrik from Kolding and Paasch and Silkeborg Maskinfabrik from Silkeborg with De Danske Sukkerfabrikker as the main shareholder. The company remains on Olaf Ryesgade until 1986, when the company moves to Platinvej 8, where it is still located today.

    >APV-Baker A/S, a British group, acquires Pasilac in 1987. In 2008, APV was taken over by an American corporation, SPX Flow Technology, which still owns it today. The former De Danske Mejeriers Maskinfabrik is still located at Platinvej 8 and today produces plate and tube heat exchangers for the dairy, marine and offshore industries. SPX Flow Technology closed the Kolding branch in 2016.

TL;DR SPX Flow Technology is the one to contact but chances are slim.

    >APV-Baker A/S, en britisk koncern, overtager Pasilac i 1987. SPX Flow Technology lukkede afdelingen i Kolding i 2016.
