What a mad thing to use for branding. On the other hand, lots of people with serious conditions don’t carry a card so overall it seems like a positive to me.

In fairness, they use these details to help the elderly and family members who wouldn’t know where to start when it comes to who to deal with in the HSE, forms, etc. It makes the Healy Rae’s look good but they’re providing a good service at the same.
