Best part is that when Ukraine takes Crimea, they won’t have a use for a bridge. They will most likely dismantle it and I’d be surprised if they allow anything but controlled trade and migration from Russia. Trade to crimea might be by sea only. After what’s happened, this will spawn a deep paranoia against russian aggression in Ukraine for the next century at least. They rolled across the border once with no defenders to contend them, but it WILL not happen again. Even if the bridge remains, you still couldn’t mount an offensive across it due to being a huge bottleneck… But come on, Russia would definitely be that stupid to try it.
