Whether this is one of the earliest writing systems is disputed. The symbols went out of use around 3500 BC. One of the most well-preserved artifacts are the Tartaria tablets found near Tartaria, Romania.

Documentary on the Vinca which includes interviews with British and Serbian academics. One argues that the symbols are not a writing system. https://youtu.be/QedqnpacUUs
Whether or not this ancient civilization had a script, the topic is still a fascinating subject to delve into. Hopefully more academics study this issue in the near future.

There’s not much to translate, just a few symbols, could be sigils of imaginary things or correspondence tablets. Too early for a written language or ‘writing’ proper in those times like sumerian later.
