So to coin a phase from the building trade, Russia had ‘all the gear, but no idea’
And one missed number:
1 nation that stood for their freedom
“We are lucky that they are so dumb.”
Even before russian corruption and including PPP, these numbers are so absurd to maintain with their defense budget, even disregarding their nuclear arsenal. It should really not have been a surprise that they are as shit as they are.

Reading stats on this war is pointless. Because it seems like no one actually knows, many different sources put Russia’s initial tanks from 3k to 10k, that’s a massive disparity. Not to mention the massive gap in personal numbers etc.
It’s all guess work by the looks of it
Sanson/ Goliath… or, bravery matters against all odds.
This is a bit misleading, The Russian ground forces was not 900,000. The majority of those numbers belong to other branches. Still on a whole though it’s still a remarkable feat to have survived that first month.
