*Duval Daly, 57, stuck his tongue out at Michael Bennett’s family and said: “I will be out in three years”.*

And this is where he should of had his sentence extended with no chance for early release because he already demonstrated their lack of remorse
What a nasty, he has had 55 convictions for 143 offences, over the limit for cocaine, and causing death while having no insurance and no licence.
>St Albans Crown Court heard Daly, who had 55 convictions for 143 offences, was thought to have been up to 20 times the legal limit for cocaine at the time.
And all he could give him was 6 years? Is 6 years the maximum sentence? How could any judge actually think 6 years is an appropriate sentence in the circumstances?
The man is literally a life long career criminal, he has now killed somebody, and he’s not receiving maximum sentence? What is the point of a maximum sentence if you can literally never reach it. Even with 55 previous convictions, you can then go on to kill somebody, and still not receive the maximum sentence.
If you’re going to kill someone do it in a car. 6 years? wut.
After the Cambridge post I will try not to be racist again today.
