I had a friend from school hit by a car because the driver had a fit. It was an older lady and she knew she had been having fits but hadn’t reported it. He almost died, coma for 3 months but he pulled through.
If the driver had never had a seizure, and no reason to believe she would then this is truly a tragic accident and what she has to live with is a punishment she doesn’t even deserve.
If however, she knew about the fits and chose to drive anyway. The death of those children is on her and she should pay the full consequences of her actions.
