“Relocating” AKA the company is dying and it’s IP is being transferred to the pre-existing company that bought it in Europe.
What is Evernote? Is it a bank? Like 90 years ago when the USA had 6000 currencies and every mom and pop money-hole printed a note that was “redeemable” to the con-Federation of
Bank notes?
I do not trust these notes. Or scrip. Or Company Dollar, Or token. Or whatever debt they are slinging. a debt I WILL NOT BUY.
