This looks amazing – I bet the salad is so fresh compared to the US too. Although in California we do have a lot of farm to table so it’s slowly getting better but absolutely nothing like Europe (or anywhere in the world for that matter) in terms of fruits and vegetables. Enjoy, I am so jealous!!
