Can’t wait for more ground breaking findings to come out in about 5 years time, findings such as a toxic work culture, a lack of enough obs and gynae Consultants, a push for midwife targets to be hit at the cost of good medical care, a significant staff turnover due to lack of support and toxic attitudes?
