1. Ya, the new DG should go and unfairly dismiss a load of people.

   This isn’t America, people have a right to fair procedures and if the correct process isn’t followed you’re just handing them a big ball of free money.

2. The interview was lacking the edge of reformist zeal, very much softly softly. I suppose mass sackings are not the Irish culture even when deserved.

3. Bakhurst is part of the deadwood in RTE, Don’t expect much to change under him
