Shoutout to my Mom for making the best spinach strudel in the world. <3
Not cooked?
Add some feta cheese and caramelized onions inside and there’s less populous countryside places in Greece that make this (it’s more of a regional food). I’ve had it made by nuns at a Greek-Orthodox monastery. It’s soooo freaking good and imho superior to the traditional ‘spanakopita’ made out of phillo-dough.
