Fried egg is a must. Looks delicious. Usually made with lefter over potatoes and cubed meat from the previous day.
Traditionally we don’t serve this with nuts/seeds like OP, but to each his own. Individual interpretations is what make food exciting!
I think it’s common to serve a slice or two of buttered rye bread on the side, as well?
