  2. Fried egg is a must. Looks delicious. Usually made with lefter over potatoes and cubed meat from the previous day.
    Traditionally we don’t serve this with nuts/seeds like OP, but to each his own. Individual interpretations is what make food exciting!

    I think it’s common to serve a slice or two of buttered rye bread on the side, as well?

  3. Oh man, this is my jam. My mother’s Danish and this was one of my absolute faves growing up. Salt and ketchup on mine though.
