  1. I have been working on making these, everything is from scratch too.

    Ground pork shoulder and loin (I grind), fresh herbs and spices, homemade chicken jus jelly and a homemade hot water crust pastry.

    I am very proud of this one, came out so good! taste was insane!

  2. That looks really good. I had a bash at them a few years back, but was never satisfied with my hot-water crust, though I nailed the fillings – I experimented with using e.g. haggis and black pudding as variations/layers, and was pleasantly surprised.
