Ninja edit: Hella interesting tidbit in that article that I just found out after living in Spain for 16 years. The Name “Portugal” comes from the evolution of “Port Of Cals” Which was one of the ancient city names for Porto (kind of) Port-Of-Cals [Portocal>Portugal]
