That seems like a big drop in people in hospital, pretty good.

ICU and hospitalisations going down is fantastic.
>It is imperative that all of us, to the greatest extent possible, make every effort we can in the next two to three weeks to only meet with members of our own households.
I presume they’re aware it’s way more. I know loads of people who have it based on antigen tests
Close the milliners!
Thank you for telling me covid news again, I would never have known

I don’t think anyone really cares anymore.
Dunnes today was absolutely fucking rammed with people. Every till in use and queues going well into the aisles.
And then everyone is going to meet up in groups to celebrate Christmas/New Years over the coming week to two weeks.
Cases will likely skyrocket into January again.
As long as hospitalisations stay low I guess raw case numbers doesn’t really matter though.
That’s a lot of cases but hospitals are down and ICU is down so that’s what’s important.
Lowest hospital numbers since October 10.
Anyone know what I should do if I can’t manage to get a PCR test booked and have a positive antigen test? I definitely have this woeful thing, was taking an antigen test last few days before meeting friends and then developed symptoms overnight. Hadn’t gone out much so struck me as odd. Can’t get through to my GP, clinic phoneline is out since they’re just doing boosters. So, did another self-test this afternoon and as expected was positive. All the HSE test places are booked out so it’s a balls, since a lot of the health guidelines just revolve around what I and close contacts should do once a positive PCR test is received.
Obviously I’ve done everything like contact all my close contacts, family at home is restricting movements and I’m isolating in my room. We’re pretty much just going off the advice of a PCR test result, but would nevertheless like to get one done to confirm fully and for contact tracing purposes. Is there a way for me to report it to the HSE?
God this is such a fucking balls of a time to get it, easily my shittiest year so far and then to end on this note when I had quite nice plans for Christmas and New Years. For anyone else self-isolating right now and into 2021 hope ye all get through it fine and hopefully ye can find a way to enjoy it regardless. Absolute shit craic.
Close my legs!
Still waiting on our results
3 of us tested at 9am yesterday….feeling slightly stressed right now.

Stay safe out there.
Do you think Holohan regrets wearing that yellow tie? One press event and all I see for the next two years is that yellow tie.
