So there’s other brightly coloured doors in the area but “the council said it could only act where it had received a complaint” – this is clearly a case of a busybody neighbour with a grudge, surely the council should be able to dismiss complaints like this that are obviously in bad faith?
I love her, malicious compliance for something completely ridiculous when so many other doors are colourful.
It’s a really nice colour. Can’t believe someone has gone to the effort to make a complaint again. It does feel like someone has it out for the homeowner.
However, the council claimed that it could only take action where a complaint had been made.
I’m a vindictive cunt, so I’d simply complain about everyone’s door and force them to tell me what color to paint *my* fucking door.
