Henley & Partners, a firm that provides advice about residency and citizenship through investment, has recorded a “344 per cent increase in applications for its EU programmes from UK citizens between 2020 and 2021 in the wake of Brexit.”^1
>Last year 557,000 British passport holders emigrated, official figures show.
>It comes as Brits face more restrictions on their ability to live and work on the continent.
As told to *The Telegraph*, the firm’s data suggests that the UK is now “the third biggest loser of millionaires globally after China and India.”
The enormous costs of voting for Brexit were only ever supposed to fall on the poorest.
People like Nigel Farage spoke about striking out at the “elite” while making sure that his own children had their EU passports secured.
So as big earners and tax payers are choosing to leave and being replaced by migrants, the cry to squeeze yet more money from the rich from the left is growing ever louder. It will be our big institutions such as the NHS and schools that will be the biggest beneficiaries of this well thought out ideology. Perplexingly the current Govt doesn’t have any answers or don’t seem to be overly fussed.
