Why do some politicians make it their job to just shit on other politicians, rather than actually doing something themselves?
Drousiotis is serving the interests of the AngloAmericans, not those of Cyprus.
What he cares about are the interests of NATO and how the Cyprus problem is an obstacle in the Greece- Turkey as well as the EU – Turkey relationships, which keep Turkey further from the West.
He basically wants to sacrifice Cyprus by giving to Erdogan what he wants, in order to keep Turkey closer to the West.
The so called “solution” that he supports would officially divide Cyprus in 2 while also downgrade us and equate us with the legalized “trnc”. Such “solution” would also give the opportunity to Turkey to flood with Turks the whole island, just like they have already done to the occupied part.
