

Me and my girlfriend went with a bus to a city center st gallen . We went inside of the bus. Bought the ticket. At 15:08 , payed with google pay . And a ticket cameout which was wrong . And we have not noticed it . At 15:20 a control person had checked our ticket and told us that its wrong and that we have to pay 100fr fine for that. We have explained that we payed it at 15:08 and the ticket says at 14:00 . We should that we payed and he didnt wanted to listen and made us pay , or he would call the police. We payed and went to the office complain and they told us that they don’t care and can’t do nothing about it as we already payed the 100fr .
I have wrote emails to the offices and everything and don’t know what to do now !
Did we got scammed out of 100fr ?

There is no way you can post-data a ticket at this simple machines in the bus. The only logical explanation is that you have picked up a ticket someone else has purchased, but left in the machine. Also the price is wrong: You paid for a ~~half fare ticket~~ full fare short trip, while you got a full fare zone 210 ticket.
The time on your phone app, is that the time you paid for the ticket or the time the transaction was billed to your card? Because I’m kind of on the side of “those machines don’t randomly make a mistake like that”.
