One of the items I’ve ordered is also missing and the other has been completely opened up and repackaged to fit into a smaller box.

Looks like you’ve (accidentally?) received someone’s returns. Annoyingly, going to the store in person is your best bet to get this resolved with customer service. The returns desk is to the side of the hot dog area.
When my order had the bulbs with other items in it, it was the same big box and the bulbs were just lying on the bottom, I can imagine them flying around in that box 🙃
You’re doing it all wrong. Put everything in the box, shake it well and THEN open the box. Your stool will be ready
