Before I read the comments I thought it looked like a tasty beef and veg stew with a dollop of creme fraiche on the top! Having looked at the recipe, still looks nice.
Like others I thought this might’ve been a solyanka varient from the picture, but then looking at the recipe above it seems closer to a kvas. Will definitely give it a try, sounds delicious.
