  1. As a dude from EE, put Roman/Greek buildings on them – partheon, colosseum etc. I think that every european will accept them, because these building are somewhat “ours”.

  2. Yeah, I like the river theme. It’s like my money flowing down in someone else’s pocket. Who get paid for that joke of ideas?

  3. Put a portuguese specific monument. Its appropriate, we’re poor as fuck.

  4. Could we have ones with identical sizes?

    At least in one dimension?

The current ones are terrible to handle, they slip out of your hand or wallet, can not be easily ordered, etc… just plain stupid.

  5. Please no hands and smiles and fake happiness images (some of the proposals)… I think they would look horrible.

On the other hand, what’s the opinion on polymer notes?

  6. i hope that birds get chosen in the end, those could be some gorgeous banknotes

  7. The answers possible reasons on why you like certain theme are not the same. The scientific one for example does not include the possibility that it would not represent Europe well, or that it will include all Europe. Some bias could be detected on other themes too.
