impossible, nobody has ever done Carbonara, there is always something that went wrong in the cooking process. Scientists do even belive that Carbonara does only exist in theory and cant really exist. Even of id did exist there will always be one italian that points to one thing that their grandmother did differently (for example the pig that you used to cook the Carbonara with had a different name than the one their grandmother used) making Carbonara extremly instable and rare.
