Hello! I have a few questions regarding my upcoming trip to Riga! I am not vaccinated so that complicates few things.
1. Am i right in assuming this page shows what Latvia defines as green/yellow countries and it gets updated every 7th day? Link: https://www.spkc.gov.lv/lv/valstu-saslimstibas-raditaji-ar-covid-19-0
2. If i come from a green country, and transit through Estonia (which is yellow), will i have to self isolate as if i’ve been in a yellow country, even if it’s only a transit? I couldn’t find any info regarding this
3. When in Riga, do i have to take covid test every 2nd day to have access to pubs, resturants, shops etc. ?
Thank you so much for answers:)

Wording is key. All that matters is entering, not where you live.
If you enter from yellow list country, you have to self isolate.
I’ve just visited Lithuania and this site helped a lot:

Get vaccinated, FFS!
