Exchange them or keep them??

  1. Elon Musk is the richest man on the planet but he’s never been handed a card with 3 of these beauts on his confirmation.

  2. Your exchange be the same as 1.27€ at the time, no? That good condition will be worth more to collectors down the line. Keep them in good nick and sell them then.

  3. They’re in rag order, have to be like new to be worth anything I believe. Also loads of them about.

    Exchange those suckers.

  4. Its a pain that even 20 years later the exchange rate is still £1=€1.27. The punt feels more valuable than that given what you could buy with it in 2000.

  5. Might be worth selling them rather than exchanging them. Collectors might pay more than you’d get in exchange.

  6. Go into the central bank and they’ll give you the equivalent of what they’d be worth today. They weren’t minted so unless they have sentimental value I doubt they’d be worth too much resale at an auction but I could be wrong

  7. They’re more valuable as collectors items that to exchange them. Check ebay, you’ll likely get €30 a note, more if they’re in great condition/ specific rare years/sequential serial numbers etc
