Let’s take a closer look at the new eruption site and give it some context. The crater rows are located at around 210 meters above sea level and there is a downwards slope towards the location where the 2021 and 2022 lava flows came to an end. Perhaps the new one might flow down that hill and meet it’s siblings if the eruption keeps going?
