Hi, I’m looking for an apartment(and it’s quite hard..).
I’ve found this 21m2 apartment, that is fully furnished, but it costs 600 euro(plus the electricity and 60/30 euro for the parking). Tbh that sound like quite the deal, but 21m seems way too small for 600 euro, plus I already have a bed and mattress, so I don’t need a 2nd one( I guess I can ask the landlord about that).

It definitely depends on the location; in Munich it would be a steal bordering on a red flag, in some MV village it’s way too expensive. For most bigger cities it’s fine I guess. Keep in mind that furnished apartments are rather rare, and if you already have a bed, you would definitely find more offers for cheaper when you look for unfurnished. How much can you put into a 20 sqm room anyway?
It’s a very long time since I’ve lived in rented accommodation, but this is a modern furnished apartment in a building that was built just four years ago, within walking distance of the centre. From the description, I think I can even guess exactly where it is, and if I’m right then €600 seems like a pretty good deal.
