We are planning to move to Norway, but first, we would like to find remote/hybrid jobs there, basically anywhere. We are open to any opportunities. We’re interested in how commnn fully / 90%+ remote jobs are, what is not an expectation of ours but it would be a nice to have.

My partner has 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, plus 2 years in IT Support – Cloud, Linux, scripting, Docker and some Java but he doesn’t have a degree. I’m an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist with 7 years of experience in HR and an HRM MSc.

Could you help us with the decent salary ranges for our respective roles? Neither of us speaks Norwegian yet, only English.
Also do you know any good sites to look for such jobs or is it mainly LinkedIn and [finn.no](https://finn.no) ?
