Pay em better, and improve living conditions considerably. Improve in work opportunities. Get rid of capita handling recruitment processing which is RNG in exactly how long you’ll have to wait to get contacted back after applying. Open up a decent European-based station again increases cooperation with NATO allies and typically makes those stationed there get to enjoy the position vs a more boring home-based station all the time. Improve kit quality and just general quality of food and day to day life.
