it’s the local nut job, she goes around yelling the end of the end of world is near, you need to repent for your “sins” before the second coming of christ otherwise you’ll burn in eternal damnation, the usual stuff.
There is an elder schizophrenic woman in Varna that has been putting these since the last 10 years or so. It’s common, but yeah even me as a Bulgarian got scared the first few times back in the day.
