  1. >He admitted to groping the student without consent, but said it was a joke.

    >A Rome public prosecutor asked for a three-and-a-half year prison sentence but this week the caretaker was acquitted of sexual assault charges. According to the judges, what happened “does not constitute a crime” because it lasted less than 10 seconds.

There are two outrageous statements in all of this.

  2. A 17-year-old daughter of mine. I suppose the judges wouldn’t mind if I punched the man for 9.9 seconds if it were her? I assure you that it will only be a joke.

  3. I’ve the same rule when i drop some food on the floor.

  4. When I was living in Europe I remember reading about an Italian ruling that a woman couldn’t be raped if she wore jeans.

  5. American Republicans would love it in Italy… Especially Trump supporters.

  6. So wait, I can grope girls in Italy all I want as long as it doesn’t take longer than 10 seconds?

  7. That means that I can grope the judge for less than 10″ and everything is fine?
