This was another Bully XL. The owners are already trying to smear the police and whip up the Marshall and Millions lobby by saying the dog didn’t attack anyone.
I don’t understand what people think the police can do in a situation like this. A Bully XL is 60kg of pure muscle. It can inflict incredible damage in seconds.
They’re trying to make the argument that the police could use tranquilizers. The police are not there to protect your dog. They are there to protect the public. They are not animal control.
If you’re worried about your dog then keep it on a lead and muzzle it or maybe, just maybe, don’t buy a breed that can inflict as much damage as a tiger.
