I ate Russian pancakes with minced meat, melted cheese and some unidentified white sauce in Tallinn. Sided with some sour cream and Kvass.

Yum! I had something similar when I was in Tallinn a bunch of years ago. I don’t remember what the sauce was though.
I ate really well in Tallinn…
This looks surprisingly like a Tex-Mex meal one might order in Texas. Some type of burrito or enchiladas with spinach and a white sauce with lots of cheese and sour cream.
I’d guess it’s [béchamel](https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/white-sauce-or-bechamel-sauce-40046)
Can I have some cream with a side of cream?
Aren’t Russian pancakes just “normal” European pancakes aka crêpes?! Or is it different?
What restaurant is this ? I’ve been to Tallinn recently
Yummy o
