With the heatwave going on I’ve been using my ice cream maker a lot to make ice creams, frozen yoghurts and sorbets. Pomegranate and strawberry sorbets are probably my favorite out of the ones I made recently. Pomegranate’s sourness in particular is nice and refreshing in the heat.
