  1. Does not necessarily need to be veal, pork is also an excellent fit.

    Can alo be served as an appetizer or for lunch, just reduce the quantity accordingly.

    Hint: intentionally prepare more sauce than actually needed: it’s an exquisite sandwich spread (in conjunction with the excess meat) 😉
