  1. Looks lovely. In france we tend to do this with tomatoes.

    I will have to try the mozza on top though, that seems like a nice addition.

  2. How were meat and rice cooked at the same time?

    I do stuffed peppers, or other stuffed things, it would take ~40 mins to cook that minced meat. Rice is done around 20 minutes

  3. We have this in the Balkans, but the rice is inside the pepper too, and there’s no cheese.
