So, I’ve a slight issue with renting an apartment, where there previously has been water damage. I conducted the bread test in the apartment, leaving various slices of bread for 3 hours around the apartment before enclosing them in ziplock bags, and now after 5 days the mold cultures have begun to grow, proportionately to how close the breads were to the room with the water damage, and I need to figure out what kind of mold am I dealing with here. I was wondering if someone could point me towards a mycologist who could maybe analyze the samples for me in search of chaetomium or other toxic mold(s).

This may happen to bread also without your tests, but ok.
