Honestly, who would want to be a teacher these days with the way they’re treated?

Teachers can only blame themselves I’m afraid. The UK as a society has been on a slide for 50 years due to poor / lack of parenting and family morals just going down the toilet, and yet they still put themselves through it.
I looked at become a teacher but the pay and conditions are AWfUL! Not to mention the apparently culture that teachers are ‘expected’ to do multiple hours of addition work for free.
