1. 2 points on this:

   1) one should not be trialed twice for one single case

   2) how many times do you need punishment before you know you are breaking the law hacking…?

   Edit, i read the article and the guy had 4 previous cases of hacking he was punished for, the arrest now is demanded by USA law enforcement about one of those 4 cases.

2. If there was a list of companies you don’t fuck with, “USA airlines post 9/11” would have to be atleast top 3 on that list.

10. How do you ‘hack’ an airline computer system. Maybe they should thank him for uncovering the exploit?

    The guy knew exactly what he was doing, buying hacked airline tickets and hotel bookings and let friends come over to London to party.. come on. Thats no prank.

    So you can apparantly have an international warrant on your head, your goverment can willfully choose to ignore it, *not tell you about said international warrant*, and risk immediate arrest whenever you travel abroad without you even knowing there’s a warrant on your head?

    I admittedly don’t know enough about law and the specific obligations the goverment has to its citizens in such situations, but this all sounds like it could have been easily prevented with a quick message of ‘Hey, don’t go abroad, you could get fucking arrested. Okay? Okay, bye.’
