As someone who has lived in Germany for a year now I can say it’s very true.
I found most Germans very unwelcoming unfortunately even though I myself am a friendly person I came here tried to make friends with locals but a year later I still don’t have even one German close friend – when I try to be friendly with them it seems they don’t want me around.
Do Germans don’t like expats? Is there a reason most Germans only socialise between themselves?
I do have some friends here but they’re all expats.

Regarding the cashless payment options: no need the to elaborate on that.. absolutely ridiculous.

Cost of living is pretty good – not so expensive (Compared to where I come from).

The German bureaucracy is also ridicules.

Job market is also fine for me.

What do y’all think?

  1. I think our policies are geared towards immigrants, not expats.
