Civil servants feel ‘degraded’ by gender critical staff group and ‘horrifying’ draft gender policy

1. If you’re absolutely insistent on making trans people get a GRC to use bathrooms that align with their gender, then it needs to be actually possible to get one. Right now it’s completely arbitrary and up to a panel of judges who you’ll never meet or get to present your case to.

   As of right now, with how the GRC is, this is nothing more than a hostility towards trans people.
