This is good for the U.S & Russia. It will help ensure the EU snips it’s own export potential due to EU bureaucrats rulings instead of nation states deciding who and what they export. The UK is lucky it got out early from this mess.
After the proposal failed the greens can say they tried and the rest can trade.
