German proposal for an EU arms-export regime faces uphill battle

  1. Damn, this is going to make internationally-developed weapons in which Germany has a hand in a nightmare to export outside of the EU… I sure wouldn’t like to be in such a situation, haha!

*Remembers that France has 4 ongoing industrial partnerships with Germany to develop weapons, most of which will require some solid export sales in order to be viable economically.*

    … Well, fuck.

  2. This is good for the U.S & Russia. It will help ensure the EU snips it’s own export potential due to EU bureaucrats rulings instead of nation states deciding who and what they export. The UK is lucky it got out early from this mess.
