I have seen the tall poles showing where a building *might* be built. Let’s assume it gets approved and that it will be an apartment building in X years.
How can one find the plans (of the building & apartments) or the contact person/company that would handle purchases *without* waiting for them to be posted on the billboards (if any) on site?
By the time I see the billboards, half the apartments are reserved; there must be a better way. I have found this [Planung page](https://www.ilef.ch/ilefueberblick) from this Gemeinde, for example, but I’m struggling to find what I need through the 100s of pages of details about the streets, land plots, timelines, etc.
