Well lads, after finishing a six month contract I’m back on the hunt for work and surprise surprise I’m getting little to no feedback from my applications.
I’ve attached my cv, and was wondering anybody got any advice? Seems like a lot of jobs going but nothing biting.

I’ve had a quick look. It’s a bit long, you need to make your key points clearer and elaborate less on them.
You went from owning a business to a six month contract. Is that correct?
Tldr
Try to keep your CV to 2 pages max. Anything more and it won’t be read. You also haven’t made any mention of education or references. The hiring manager will need more evidence of your experience than just your project work.
I’ve only quickly skimmed it, but one change I would make is to get rid of the paragraphs explaining each job. The bullet points seem to cover a lot of the same things. For each job I’d give something along the lines of:
>**Job Title** – Company Name
*Start and End of Employment in this role (e.g. June 2019 to May 2022)*
* A couple of bullet points covering the responsibilities of the role.
* A few brief bullet points explaining some of the skills of knowledge required
* A few brief points covering the types of activities conducted as part of the role.
Try to tailor it a bit to fit the role you’re applying to as well. Read the job spec, identify a few of the key buzzwords they use, and fit them in where it makes sense. I’d also try to keep it to 2 pages, though dropping the paragraphs on each job should help with that pretty quickly.
You should make it more readable and to the point. It looks about as long as a thesis
2 pages is the magic rule. Try and tailor the CV to the job your applying for. Have a few versions. Not all of your experience will apply to a new job.
Not to be rude but there’s too much waffle , especially in construction cut out the big words and get to the point what did u build where what can you do
