Yet again, a group of extremists feel their own personal cause is so important that it should be enforced onto all of society through vandalism and intimidation. This is escalating very quickly towards terrorism
We should be drilling more oil and gas to displace coal in the developing world (germany).
I admit I haven’t looked into their demands as it seems an ever moving goal post, but I assume these just stop oil groups want a move to green energy like electric EV’s ?
I haven’t seen them speak about the cobalt farming conditions and the damage it’s doing such as turning rivers into literal acid which is a critical component for most green energy sources.
I found it amusing a JSO protestor was spotted on holiday in Thailand , wonder how they got there? Plane with plastic parts fuelled by oil? Bet they put sun tan lotion on too out of a plastic bottle. I think she was wearing glasses in the photo too, which have plastic frames.
I also hope should they need an intravenous drip at some point in life they don’t use a plastic one from oil, or any other medical intervention that uses plastic at any point.
The police are so proactive when it comes to stopping any kind of protest. They really don’t like us using our voice, rights and power do they! Amazing. I thought they had no resources.
